This weekend my running club and I had a memorial run at 6 AM for our Friend Joey. We all wore orange, and enjoyed a hilly run with a great view.
And while Joey will be missed, we enjoyed toasting in his honor, telling stories, and remembering him. He was my only NY Jets fan friend, and I will miss talking about them with him.
4 miles run, walked, and jogged… and beautiful start to the day.
